Computers are quite simple - if they are told the right things they do as they are told.
If you are having problems logging in here are a few things to consider.

• Name & password are case sensitive. FreD does not = fred
  One character wrong and it won't work.
• Forgotten your details? Email admin :: make sure you include the email address you used when you first registered.
• Did you use any spaces when entering your details?
  You can use underscore and hypen [ _ or - ]
• If you are completly confused then try entering your details again.
  Could you please notify admin of this :: and make sure you include the email address you used when you first registered.
• Whatever data you enter I suggest you keep it simple and just use lower case.
• Remember - admin is part of the computer; but human - this is not so simple.
  It could be that your problem is just something dumb that we did or didn't do. ahhhh, patience is indeed a virtue :)

If you have logged in and got as far as "Reception" but can't get into the classroom...

• Is the classroom OPEN? This is visible over the blackboard.
• Did you register after the date shown on the reception page?
  There is a weeks grace after this date so if you are within this week you may have to wait until the classroom log is updated. Updating is done manually so may not happen exactly on the week's end. If you registered within this week you will be notified when the log is updated.
