This could happen in many formats. What comes to mind first is a monthly download pack based around a specific theme. If this theme was announced a month in advance people (you) could post material which could be used in the next d'load pack -- which could include:
a session outline with teaching suggestions. A general overview of how the class might run.
a song. This could come from the 'RAP' section - songs/raps written the month before. Or other.
craft activity
short play. I delight in scripting these but you could share my fun
colour -in pages
a story to read
a guided meditation
discussion ideas - etc

This is often the reason why nothing happens - a lack of confidence. The idea with having a prepared lesson plan with everything for you is that ANYONE can play the game.

Once the kids have written their stories, poems, songs, raps and painted their pictures and made their craft thingy and played their drama dodah you send the RESULTS back to the site.

Their comments from discussion of the theme
Jokes, interesting things that happened during the meeting - theme related or not.
Just about anything that can be digitised that happened during your meeting.

All this feed-back is then posted on the site so you can see what others did and (hopefully) learn and increase your confidence.
