Feel yourself rooted to the spot

Feel roots growing down into the ground

Feel each root extending


Now find yourself in a candle

The fire forms a circle around you

Dancing and Flickering


Now let the melting wax turn into a stream

And carry you along


Now find yourself sinking down

All around you clear crystal water


Now just come back and open your eyes.
