You may not have noticed earlier mention of the temporary nature of this installation - prepared mainly to be part of the ceremonies at the main Temple opening. The next step involves designing a raised earth base with entrance stairs and railing. Engineering drawings will be required and the local council will need to give their consent. It is unlikely that anything visible will happen until the spring of 2000.
